Our Process
Agile and User-Centered
We design and build our solution using an agile and user-centered approach. We break the work into smaller chunks known as iterations. This process has a much lower risk approach than the traditional build-it-all-at-once approach known as waterfall because frequent iterations expose any flaws in the original plan much faster.
1. Ideas and Goals
Our team comes together, taking ideas and requests from clients, to set our goals and plans on new features, improvements, and our next modules.
2. Visual and Prototyping
Creative gets to work, designing the look and feel of the new platform aspect.
3. Build and Test
Time for our developers to take over, coding and building the new piece, ensuring design is never sacrificed. Our team tests the new feature over and over for bugs, functionality, and ease of use.
4. Release
Our newest clients are launched with the latest features in place. We work with existing clients to implement and see success with the new features in their existing platform.
5. Listen
We collect feedback and thoughts from our clients after the launch of the new feature to fine-tune and improve.
6. Improve and Iterate
Our team splits their time between building new features and improving our existing platform, taking the feedback and requests from our clients to build the solution that best meets their needs.
